Job Description

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.
Advocate for prioritizing design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
Develop industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, leveraging user-centered design methods.
Work closely with engineering and product management teams to create innovative products that deliver value to users and Google's businesses.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in interaction design, product design, or UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in prototyping and user research.
Excellent visual design skills and ability to drive projects from start to finish.
Ability to communicate effectively with teams and articulate design decisions clearly.
Experience working within and contributing to design systems, building accessible products.
A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction is required.
