Senior Software Engineer - Technology R&D

You will be responsible for performing solution design, systems analysis, and programming activities, including bug verification, release testing, and support for assigned products. Your key accountabilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining product modules/sub-systems according to architecture, guidelines, and good software engineering practices - Ensuring product usability by creating user interfaces, use cases, prototypes, and conducting usability tests - Preparing technical documentation, creating user interface guidelines, and conducting reviews - Producing design documentation that complies with regulations - Conducting unit testing and integration testing for the sprint coding - Researching and developing solutions to problems discovered by validation or product support - Understanding marketing requirements for a product and researching new technology or development tools - Serving as the software architect in the absence of the Software Architect - Coaching and mentoring software engineers - Performing code and solution design reviews to ensure maintainability and bug-free implementation of product features Qualifications required for this role include: - M.Sc./B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems - 5+ years of software development experience - Fluency in English, both written and verbal Essential Skills & Attributes: - APIs: REST, GraphQL, WSO2 / Kong - DB: RDBMS (SQL Server/Oracle / PostgreSQL) and Non-RDBMS (MongoDB) - Monitoring: Dynatrace - Virtualization/Cloud: AWS, Docker, OpenShift / K8s, Skaffold - Secrets Management: AWS Secrets Manager / Azure Keyvault / Hashicorp Vault - Architecture: Microservices, Micro FrontEnds, Backend for FrontEnd, CQRS, Sidecar, Event Sourcing - Programming knowledge including .NET (Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Java (Java, Java EE, JUnit, React.JS, TypeScript, Rollup, Webpack, Babel, CSS, Jest, React Testing Library) - Build tools: Azure DevOp, Maven - Desirable skills include a user-oriented approach to software development, willingness to learn new technologies, and a team-oriented attitude The company offers a variety of perks and benefits to support employees and their loved ones, such as medical insurance, group accidental coverage/insurance, group term life insurance, and access to mental fitness apps and wellness programs.
