What Youll Do

• Lead design and development of critical backend systems
• Work closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ship robust features
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of high-quality code
• Participate in code reviews and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
  

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design
• Comfortable working in Linux environments
• Experience with Git and version control workflows
  

Good To Have

• Experience with Backbone.js / JavaScript for front-end components
• Exposure to AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins
