Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL). The candidate will lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture and design decisions.

Skills

3–6 years of professional experience in full-stack development with React.js and Node.js.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks, and frontend design patterns.
Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), including schema design, queries, and optimization.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.
Proficient in version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab) and agile development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibility

Develop and maintain complex frontend applications using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, implementing robust APIs and server-side logic.
Design, optimize, and manage relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, system architecture, and workflows.
Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through automated testing and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues and implement solutions efficiently.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.
