Appen is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer (React) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in front-end development to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. You ll play a key role in developing intuitive user interfaces that support the advancement of AI and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain modular and reusable front-end components using React and TypeScript .
Demonstrate strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) , TypeScript , HTML5 , and CSS .
Optimize front-end performance through techniques like code splitting , lazy loading , and structured rendering .
Build applications with a focus on scalable and modular architecture .
Work with modern front-end build tools and bundlers such as Webpack , Vite , and Babel .
Implement advanced state management solutions using Redux , along with middleware such as Redux Thunk , Redux Saga , Zustand , or similar.
Integrate and configure monitoring and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress .
Solid understanding of Core Java , OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles, and knowledge of Spring Framework

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or Static Site Generation (SSG) using frameworks such as Next.js .
Understanding of web accessibility standards and responsive design principles .
