Your insights will contribute to shaping the architecture and strategic direction of the mobile platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the development of Rippling React Native applications, ensuring high code quality and performance standards. - Design and implement user-facing features to provide exceptional mobile experiences. - Develop reusable code and libraries to enhance scalability and maintainability of the mobile app, enabling rapid innovation. - Continuously optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, and scalability across all devices. - Collaborate to enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer tools for improved productivity. - Provide horizontal leadership by leading long-term projects that will impact the future of mobile engineering at Rippling. **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of experience in mobile engineering roles, including leadership positions. - 2+ years of React Native development experience. - Proficiency in either Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Objective-C/Swift) native platforms, with the ability to integrate native modules into React Native applications. - Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. - Experience in Mobile Architecture and Design Patterns. - Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Good interpersonal skills.
