Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Automation Engineer at Quest Global, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automation test suits for projects in the Med Tech and Healthcare domain. You will play a crucial role in coordinating testing activities, both manual and automation, while ensuring timely delivery of design and development work. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the test management activities including manual and automation testing - Review test plans and test cases - Automate existing manual test cases - Update manual and automation test cases - Execute manual and automation test cases - Identify and fix integration issues of automation scripts - Work closely with customers - Identify and report application issues from daily automation results Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in software testing - Experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications, preferably in the Healthcare domain - Proficiency in tools such as ALM, Clear Quest - Strong coding skills in Java and Python - Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development tool like Cucumber - Familiarity with Selenium - Ability to design and develop test plans, test cases, and generate test reports, defect reports, and documentation - Experience in error guessing techniques and various testing types such as Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, Beta, Database, and Exploratory Testing - Proficiency in preparing effective bug reports using defect tracking systems - Experience working on the Linux platform - Ability to work productively in an agile environment - Quick learner of new technologies, software, and concepts - Excellent communication and presentation skills Additional Company Details (if available): Quest Global is a renowned company operating in the Med Tech and Healthcare sector.
