Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders for
prioritization and requirement discussions.
Estimate, design, develop, test, deploy, and document
solutions to meet business requirements.
Automate build, deployment, and operational processes
Drive
design/code/process trade-off discussions
within the team
Manage risk, report status, and ensure delivery within timelines
Contribute to
customer journey and experience
by integrating services
Conduct
demos and acceptance discussions
with Product Owners
Enhance
operational excellence
and improve system metrics
Build strong understanding of
end-to-end architecture and dependencies
Promote adoption of
technology standards, frameworks, and best practices
Review and mentor team members coding, testing, and automation work
Guide junior engineers
and foster knowledge-sharing across teams
Continuously
identify process improvements
to enhance productivity and efficiency
