Job Description

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve high and medium priority bugs across front-end and back-end systems.
Debug and analyze issues using
Application Insights
and system logs to identify root causes.
Collaborate with L2 Support to reproduce and understand customer-reported issues, and provide timely updates.
Deliver clean, testable, and scalable code following
Clean Architecture principles
.
Implement fixes in line with
CQRS and event-driven design patterns
.
Write and maintain
unit tests
to ensure stability of fixes.
Participate in daily scrums and agile ceremonies, collaborating across teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement in scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in
.NET 4.8 (C#, ASP.Net, MVC)
with a good grasp of Clean Architecture.
Proficiency in
JavaScript and CSS
with hands-on debugging experience.
Understanding of
event-driven systems
and
CQRS pattern
.
Strong experience with
Application Insights
and log analysis for troubleshooting.
Proficiency in SQL and
SSMS
for debugging and fixing data issues.
Experience writing
unit tests.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with support and cross-functional teams.
