Job Type: Full-time Location: Hybrid Pune/Gurgaon Job Summary Join one of our customer's team as a Full Stack Developer and leverage your 7+ years of expertise in building modern, scalable web applications Youll play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and delivering robust solutions using Nextdot js, FastAPI, Python, and React, collaborating closely with passionate peers in a dynamic, hybrid work environment, Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing Nextdot js, FastAPI, Python, and React frameworks, Collaborate with cross-functional customer team members to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, Drive best practices in coding, architecture, and testing to ensure high-quality software delivery, Manage tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables, demonstrating strong ownership throughout the project lifecycle, Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence, Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal forms to stakeholders and team members, Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack, Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in full stack web development, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects, Proficiency in React and Nextdot js for frontend development, Advanced knowledge of FastAPI and Python for backend API development, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to clarity and detail, Proven ability in task management and prioritization within agile teams, Deep technical expertise and ability to tackle complex problems independently, Immediate availability to join and begin contributing to the customer's team, Preferred Qualifications Experience working on customer-facing SaaS or enterprise-grade applications, Demonstrated mentorship or leadership experience within technical teams, Background in high-growth or startup environments,
