Software engineering involves applying engineering principles to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain software in a structured manner. Primary Responsibilities: - Coordinate, supervise, and oversee daily activities of the team related to User Experience & interactions to enhance the seamless user journeys on UHG portal. - Adhere to the terms of employment contract, company policies, procedures, and any directives regarding changes in work locations, teams, shifts, work benefits, or other business environment-related decisions. Required Qualifications: - B.E. (Computer Engineering) or equivalent from a reputable engineering institution. - 10 years of software lifecycle experience focusing on UI modeling, Frontend implementation & UI guidance. - Hands-on experience in UI modeling, development, and automation. - Proficiency in React/NodeJs, Kubernetes, automated deployments, REST, Spring Boot, Cloud services, No-SQL databases, AWS, Core Java, build tools like Maven/Gradle, and Design, Coding, and Testing practices. Product/Project/Program Related Tech Stack: - Front End: Java, React/NodeJs - Back End: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, AWS - Middleware: Kafka, Cassandra/NoSQL - Testing: JUnit, Gatling, Cypress, Selenium/Playwright - DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Sonar, Fortify - Others: JMeter, Groovy - Development Methodology/Engineering Practices: Agile (SCRUM/KANBAN) Note: Internal Employee Application for this position.
