Job Purpose

We are looking for Software development professional to work at an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

What You Will Do:

• Building and maintaining Energy Component products (Oil & Gas Domain) as part of Agile development team & working in collaboration with global team.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Suggesting new ideas/improvements as and when feasible.
• Communicating any risks, bottlenecks in the delivery to stakeholders.
• Help team in documenting changes made in different artifacts.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level developers or team members.
• And other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

• 5-7 year of core Java and Java EE experience.
• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Hands on experience with MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience in Java/JEE client and server technologies.
• JSF-Prime faces knowledge would be preferred.
• SQL, PL/SQL(Oracle).
• Knowledge of writing unit test cases using Junit.
• Experience with automated software testing tools (Selenium) using Java and preferably worked on projects built on JSF and arquillian framework or tools, SDET.
• Basic knowledge of Java script, Graphql etc.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins.
• Development Experience working in Agile environment.
