Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead serving and format quality related innovation for Map and Waze ads.
Lead new demand expansion areas (e.g., Demand Gen and Maps Syndication for Map Ads).
Work with leads and cross-functional teams (Geo, Waze), design and implement changes on campaign, serving, and formats.
Identify and support interactions for Quality/Performance measurement, billing, and reporting.
Work with Product, UX, Quality teams to brainstorm ideas, run live experiments, perform detailed analysis, and make data driven decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
Experience developing accessible technologies.
