Job Description

We are seeking a

highly skilled Frontend Developer

with expertise in

React.js

to design, develop, and optimize user-friendly web applications. This role requires a strong background in

UI development, performance optimization, API integration, and design systems

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Develop, test, and deploy
high-quality, scalable, and maintainable
user interfaces using
React.js
.
Ensure adherence to best coding practices and maintain clean, well-documented code.

Design System & UI/UX Optimization

Contribute to and maintain the
design system
to ensure consistency across web applications.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Performance Optimization

Identify and resolve
performance bottlenecks
to enhance site speed and responsiveness.
Utilize performance testing tools to
optimize load times and resource utilization
.

API Integration & State Management

Develop and maintain robust integrations with
RESTful APIs
and backend services.
Implement
efficient state management
solutions using
Redux, Context API, or Recoil
.

Testing & Code Quality

Write comprehensive
unit and integration tests
to ensure stability and reliability.
Participate in
code reviews
and advocate for
automated testing best practices
.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

Work with
designers, backend engineers, and product managers
to deliver high-quality products.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of
continuous learning and improvement
.

Cloud & CI/CD Integration

Utilize
cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
for deployment and scaling.
Improve and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for seamless development workflows.

CSS & Styling

Implement modern
CSS methodologies
such as
SCSS, Tailwind, or Styled Components
.
Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across all applications.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills

5+ years
of experience in frontend development, primarily working with
React.js
.
Proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Next.js
.
Strong experience with
CSS frameworks
(SCSS, Tailwind, Styled Components).
Expertise in optimizing
frontend performance and accessibility
.
Hands-on experience integrating with
RESTful APIs
and working with
state management tools
.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with
GraphQL, WebSockets, microfrontend architecture
.
Experience with
SSR, SSG, and frontend security best practices
.
Exposure to
Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure
for frontend deployment.
