Senior Software Engineer- Frontend

Role Overview: As an expert in building feature-rich frontend web applications using Angular, you will be responsible for driving large, complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch. You will work closely with designers and product managers to build efficient, fast, scalable, and high-quality client code. Your strong collaboration with other engineers, designers, and managers will help in understanding user pain points and iterating on great solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to code reviews, documentation, and take on complex bug fixes, while enabling architectural principles and mentoring team members on their appropriate application. Key Responsibilities: - Drive large, complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch - Build efficient, fast, scalable, and high-quality client code - Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on great solutions - Stay updated with industry innovations, advancements, and best practices - Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and take on complex bug fixes - Enable architectural principles, select design patterns, and mentor team members on their appropriate application Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field - 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on modern web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6) with experience in building responsive and accessible web applications - Prior experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or NgRx - Familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc. - Experience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less - Knowledge and use of version control systems such as Git or SVN - Exposure to responsive design and mobile-first development - Experience with debugging skills in web browsers using developer tools such as Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Edition, or Safari Web Inspector - Strong in CS fundamentals and core areas like Problem Solving, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Complexity Analysis Additional Details (if present): The company, VComply, offers a challenging work environment with end-to-end ownership of your role.
