Senior Software Engineer, Frontend

Job Description: As a self-starter who thrives on ownership and loves building beautiful, performant, and scalable web experiences, you will play a key role in leading the frontend efforts for Commotion's product suite. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and development of frontend systems using React, Redux, and TypeScript - Collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship high-quality features fast - Owning frontend architecture and guiding technical best practices - Mentoring junior developers and helping drive the team's technical direction - Ensuring performance, accessibility, and scalability across the platform In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in React, Redux, and TypeScript - Strong understanding of modern web architecture and state management - Experience leading projects end-to-end, from planning to production - A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership and delivery - Bonus: experience with design systems, marketing automation, or SaaS platforms About Commotion: Commotion is at the forefront of building the next generation of growth and customer engagement infrastructure.
