Balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership, you ll champion quality, security, and performance while mentoring the team and turning big ideas into reliable, elegant solutions Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Software Engineer:Own the technical blueprint for our Next js + Spring Boot stack on Kubernetes, defining code standards, shared libraries, and CI/CD conventions Design, build, and refactor common services and components that power multiple applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance Lead code reviews, enforce testing/observability best-practices, and guide incident response to keep production stable and fast Drive development roadmaps, coach and mentor developers, and align teams Interface with Dev Ops and platform engineers, product managers, and leadership to assure goals, requirements, and capabilities are understood and communicated Required Qualifications of the Senior Software Engineer: 6+ years full-stack software engineering, 2+ years Next js experience Experience in designing Spring boot microservices that are scalable and highly responsive Expertise in containerized application development, API and data-layer engineering Experience and advocate for zero-trust, observable CI/CD driven development Mastery with Git operations Proven delivery of event-driven, domain-driven micro-services, design systems and shared component libraries 2+ years managing developers Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Software Engineer: User and Advocate of AI-first application developmentExperience leading geographically distributed Agile teams Background in enterprise media, audio-visual, or broadcast workflows Work Type Classification: Remote/ HybridShift: EST / PST / CST (Flexible shift)Reporting Structure: Director, Machine Intelligence Innovation
