Key Responsibilities

• Software Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance software in

  C++ and C

  .
• Apply

  software design patterns

  to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Drive full

  Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  , including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• IoT/IIoT Protocols

• Implement and integrate communication stacks with strong focus on

  BACnet/IP

  and MSTP protocol.
• Work with other IoT/IIoT protocols
• Ensure interoperability, performance, and compliance with protocol standards.

• System Design & Algorithms

• Apply strong

  Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

  expertise for efficient and optimized solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex system-level and protocol-level issues.

• Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Execute projects from concept to delivery with ownership and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Document technical designs, specifications, and maintain coding standards.

• Leadership & Mentorship (Good to Have)

• Guide junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support team planning, estimations, and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years

  of professional experience in

  C++ and C

  development.
• Strong knowledge of

  software design patterns

  and

  SDLC methodologies

  .
• Expertise in

  Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

  .

• 5+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  IoT/IIoT communication protocols

  .
• Proven experience with

  BACnet/IP protocol implementation/integration

  .
• Strong debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of:

• BACnet MSTP protocol

• KNX protocols

• QT/QML for UI development

• Experience in

  end-to-end project execution

  and delivery.

• Team handling / technical leadership

  exposure.
