Senior Software Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in

• Hands-on experience with

  MCP server/client architecture

  and multi-agent orchestration
• Experience deploying AI agents for tasks like scheduling, diagnostics, or patient support
• Understanding of

  security, privacy

  , and

  compliance

  in healthcare AI
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• Familiarity with

  MLOps tools

  like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Implement AI agents capable of autonomous task execution across Inovalon Applications
• Build and manage

  MCP servers

  to expose internal tools and services for agentic orchestration
• Collaborate with engineering, implementation and support teams to identify high-impact use cases
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, PHI) and ethical AI practices
• Document architecture, workflows, and best practices for future AI expansion

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with

  Azure AI Foundry

  LangChain MCP adapters

  custom MCP tool servers

• Familiarity with healthcare data systems (CMS, EMR, HL7) and RCM workflows
• Knowledge of
