Software Developer IV

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain automation workflows using
Blue Prism
.
Build and optimize scripts using
Core Python
for automation and integration.
Work with cross-functional teams, including close coordination with the
US team
.
Design, troubleshoot, and deploy automation solutions with best practices.
Integrate automation with multiple systems and applications.
Ensure performance, stability, and security across automation processes.
Document processes, maintain automation repositories, and participate in reviews.

Required Skills

6-10 years
of total experience in software/automation development.
Strong hands-on experience in
Blue Prism
(minimum 4 years).
Strong experience in
Core Python scripting
(minimum 2.5 years acceptable).
Knowledge of automation best practices and RPA methodologies.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills
for collaboration with global stakeholders.

Good to Have

Experience with
Power Automate
.
Experience working on
Finance / FinTech projects
(preferred but not mandatory).
