Senior Software Developer

You will be joining the Hitachi Vantara team as a Senior Software Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in product development. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and developing robust and scalable applications. Your expertise in Java, Python, or Kotlin will be utilized to write clean, efficient code and contribute to architecture discussions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, you will ensure the performance and quality of applications, remaining adaptable to new technologies as required. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining applications, driving technical decisions, and writing clean code in Java, Python, or Kotlin. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. Your problem-solving skills and understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design will be key in shaping the technology landscape. Being open to working with multiple technologies, languages, and frameworks will be essential in this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
