As a Software Architect at Abilytics, Inc., you will play a critical role in leading the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures. Your responsibilities will include: - Being hands-on in solution design and development. - Working on multiple client-specific projects, delivering tailored cloud solutions. - Designing and implementing cloud architecture solutions aligned with enterprise requirements, utilizing major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid solutions. - Leading and mentoring teams through the full lifecycle of cloud projects, from requirements gathering to ongoing optimization. - Driving cloud adoption strategies and best practices across the client organization. - Ensuring architecture meets scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements. - Evaluating emerging cloud technologies and recommending best strategies. - Collaborating with stakeholders and leading pre-sales technical solutioning engagements. - Defining and enforcing cloud governance, cost management, and operational procedures. - Having hands-on expertise in AI-native and AI-embedded application development. - Creating detailed architecture diagrams, documentation, and technical presentations for executive leadership. - Ensuring disaster recovery, high availability, and fault tolerance are integral parts of solution designs. Qualifications required for this role include: - 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on cloud-based solutions. - Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale cloud projects. - Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) with certifications preferred. - Strong development knowledge in at least two technologies, ideally Python, Java, or React. - Good understanding of public and private cloud environments, containerization, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code. - Strong programming/scripting skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Experience in cost optimization, performance tuning, and monitoring solutions in cloud environments. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. Preferred skills for this role include experience in hybrid cloud, edge computing, IoT architectures, machine learning workloads, data lakes, analytics pipelines, enterprise-level migrations, cloud-native tools, serverless architectures, and microservices frameworks.
