Key Responsibilities:

• Working on APM (Application Performance Monitoring-Moderate level understanding) is a must.
• Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view
• of system health
• Measure and optimize system performance, push our capabilities forward, getting
• ahead of customer needs, and innovate to continually improve
• Should ensure Application/Infra scalability, Performance, Disaster recovery planning and solutioning.
• Provide primary operational support and engineering
• Gather and analyze metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist
• in performance tuning and fault finding
• Engage with development teams to document and implement best practices for our
• existing and new products
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and
• performance bottlenecks
• As a part of a team, you will design and support solutions necessary for CI/CD
• workflow using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker(moderate level understanding), Kubernetes(EKS)-Good to have, REST APIs, and other services on AWS.
• You will be working with cutting-edge technologies for Containers, Serverless,
• CI/CD, Cloud, etc...
• You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking between on-prem,
• cloud, and public networks
• Develop and contribute to several infrastructure improvement projects around
• performance, security, autoscaling, and cost-optimization
• Setting up monitoring on production systems and being proactive to ensure that
• outages are limited

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS Core and Managed Services including VPC, EC2,
• S3, RDS, DocumentDB, EKS (Kubernetes), Cloudfront, Elasticsearch service in a
• production environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of scalability and reliability engineering
• Experience with EFK and Dynatrace any Monitoring tools
• Openness to learning new tools and technologies
