Planning and allocating resources (labor, materials, equipment) to ensure efficient project execution Developing and managing the project schedule, ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Supervising the construction process, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control. Managing client relationships, addressing their concerns, and ensuring project satisfaction. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and change orders. Ensuring proper inventory control.
