Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Technology Specialist / Tech Lead to be the go-to expert on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will architect, optimize, and automate SharePoint environments while advising business and IT stakeholders on best practices and adoption strategies.This is not a people-management role - instead, you'll be recognized as a senior technical authority and solution driver.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, optimization, and support of SharePoint Online & On-Premises environments
  • Build automation workflows with Power Automate and extend functionality with Power Apps
  • Define and enforce governance, standards, and security frameworks
  • Drive adoption by partnering directly with business & IT stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance of SharePoint solutions
  • Support migrations, integrations, and solution enhancements across M365 ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SharePoint expertise (Online & On-Premises) with strong delivery track record
  • Mandatory : Extensive hands-on experience with Power Automate (building workflows, automating processes)
  • Skilled in SharePoint design, administration, and custom development/integrations
  • Experience in governance, security, and best-practice frameworks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder advisory skills

Nice To Have

  • PowerApps and Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and wider M365 suite
  • Agile/Scrum delivery background
