Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Services Engineer specializing in electrical maintenance engineering. The Senior Services Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems, providing field service support, conducting preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensuring the successful repair of industrial automation hardware. The role also involves offering technical support and professional communication with clients to address their service needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in electronic and electrical systems
• Experience in delivering Field Service and addressing on-site technical challenges
• Strong Communication skills for professional client interaction and clear reporting
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and resolving hardware maintenance issues
• Skills in Maintenance & Repair of servo motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial automation equipment
• Ability to work independently with a customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial automation and working knowledge of top industry brands is a plus
