Senior ServiceNow Developer(Service Operations Workspace)

As a ServiceNow Lead Developer at Providence, you will play a crucial role in transforming requirements into viable solutions in collaboration with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team. With 6-8 years of experience in ServiceNow product suites, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business problems to design and document solutions for Service Operations Workspace, Employee Center (EC) Pro, ITSM, Service Request Fulfillments, Mobile Solutions, and Service Portfolio Management (SPM). - Providing recommendations to streamline and optimize processes during requirements sessions. - Preparing technical documentation for requirements, including form layout, fields, and workflows. - Working closely with the ServiceNow business analyst and development team to determine the best technical solutions. - Conducting testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure requirements are met, defining test cases, and acceptance criteria. - Assisting in the development and delivery of end-user training. - Leading solution activities for the continued growth of the ServiceNow deployment. - Handling support and enhancement requests for respective modules. - Performing code reviews and ensuring standard practices are followed. - Understanding corporate strategic plans and fundamental business activities of Providence. Skills required for this role include: - Experience in configuring and customizing Service Operations Workspace and EC Pro. - Expertise in integrating EC Pro with HR, IT, and other enterprise services for seamless cross-functional experiences. - Designing, developing, and managing ServiceNow Service Catalogs. - Leveraging ServiceNow Mobile Studio for creating intuitive mobile experiences. - Configuring Idea, Demand, Project, and Timecard management. - Knowledge of Orchestration for automating IT processes and integrating with external systems. - Proficiency in scripting, ACLs, business rules, and portal development. - Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of agile methodology and ITIL.
