Role Overview: You are required to have both Tech Lead and Business Analyst (BA) skills to handle project management, tech solutions, and related tasks. Your responsibilities will include engaging and building relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating detailed design documents, performing development, unit testing, and working with the Architect. Key Responsibilities: - Backlog grooming, including documenting enhancement requirements and effort estimates. - Developing, installing, and modifying ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, and scripts. - Building Service Catalogs including workflows and participating in workshops to provide technical inputs. - Updating and maintaining a comprehensive unit testing protocol for ServiceNow instance deployment and upgrades. - Resolving escalated incidents by platform administrators, conducting problem investigation, root cause analysis, and fixing the root cause. - Configuring and running discovery tools, resolving CMBD quality issues, and suggesting changes to CMDB. - Designing and maintaining platform architecture while adhering to platform development standards for various modules such as HRSD, Employee Center, MID servers, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, and SecOps. - Having hands-on experience with flow designer and Integration Hub. Your deep expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Sales/CRM-related processes will be instrumental in driving the success of ServiceNow projects.
