Your responsibilities will include implementing platform applications and features that revolutionize and optimize our customers" business operations. By collaborating with platform consultants, developers, and solution architects, you will contribute to transforming individuals" daily work routines. You will be involved in developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications and integrations, customizing existing applications, automating processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers. Emphasizing code quality and reusability, you will design features with future evolution in mind and tackle complex problems within a dynamic and agile environment. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, possess a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, and have the ability to translate customer requirements into high-level solutions. Your expertise should encompass service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, among others. Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is advantageous, along with knowledge of web-based protocols and standards. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the capability to lead project teams.
