➡ 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
➡ Develop, customize, configure and test ServiceNow HRSD (must have). Good to have experience on other models like ITSM, CSM etc.
➡ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
➡ Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO.
➡ Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
➡ Expertise in reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
➡ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
➡ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
➡ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
or
➡ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or HRSD, or CSM
