Senior Service Strategy Activation Lead

Role Overview: As a Program Manager at Google, you will play a crucial role in transforming Google's People Operations service delivery. Your primary focus will be on driving initiatives such as Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered transformations and Service Delivery Transformation through intelligent operations and measurement frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the service model design strategy through data-motivated analysis and problem structuring. - Advocate for Google employees and People Operations (POps) teams and build measurement frameworks to uncover unmet needs across the service journey. - Develop business cases with return on investments, impact assessments, and resource requirements to secure executive buy-in for service projects. - Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize initiatives on technology roadmaps and ensure the development and implementation of service capabilities. - Lead cross-functional project teams to drive projects effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Certification in Program Management is preferred. - Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in stakeholder management. - Ability to identify, collect, and analyze data to help decision making. - Excellent communication skills for executive audiences to present information through presentations.,
