Position Overview: The Senior Service Sales Manager (Technical) will play a crucial role in the service sales department for the complete cement product line, supporting our main sales/service sales teams in selling complex feeding and dosing products to the Indian and global markets. Qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of well experience & bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical & electronic, Instrumentational & control Engineering, or related field).
  • Experience in technical sales support, proposal development, or a related field. •Strong understanding of the company's products and industry applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple proposals simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills for cost estimation, risk assessment, and product selection.

Job Description

• Monitoring and controlling the planning and execution of all types of proactive, breakdown & schedule maintenance of electrical of electrical as well instrumentation equipment in the plant.

• Prioritizing and allocating the E&I support function inputs to the operations department. • Monitoring and controlling the E&I maintenance, optimization of stores and spare cost, manpower cost, and spares inventory level.

• Monitoring & controlling plans to achieve optimum equipment health.

• Cost reduction by carrying out modifications & improvements in the process.

• Monitoring & controlling of E&I maintenance outsourcing, inventory banking, and vendor development with adherence to legal and internal norms.

Implementation of TPM, safety & ISO system in the department. • Ensuring no accidents in the plant, analysis of near misses.

• Monitoring and planning the execution of various capital budget jobs of E&I in the plant with strict adherence to cost and schedule.

• Monitoring and planning revenue & capital budget for the department.

• Ensuring the implementation of all the legal requirements as per the Factory and Labor Act and necessary liasoning.

• Contributing to ensuring the quality of the products at every stage of manufacturing.

• Assessing self-development needs and taking action on improvement areas identified.

• Assessing the performance of subordinates and providing necessary feedback for their development.

• Training and development needs analysis of subordinates and arranging to provide the same.

• Other additional assignments as entrusted by the management.

• Hands-on knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and electrical drawings for panel manufacturing.
