Senior Service Manager

As a Senior Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager at Yes Private, you will be responsible for: - Tracking and monitoring Service Requests received from Yes Private Clients across all touch points to ensure processing within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Following up on requests and collaborating with resolving units to deliver timely and accurate resolutions. - Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and overseeing the implementation of these improvements from end to end. - Demonstrating expertise in managing projects throughout the full life cycle and applying industry best practices, techniques, and standards for successful project execution. - Monitoring project progress and performance against the plan, promptly addressing operational issues to minimize delays. - Conducting project meetings, preparing regular reports to update the project team on the status, and measuring project performance to pinpoint areas for enhancement. - Providing consistent project updates to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress while serving as the main point of contact for Yes Private Service Managers and Relationship Managers for queries and escalations. Candidate Requirements: - Proactive personality and self-motivated individual. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking sector. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Project Management methodologies.
