Job Description

Role & responsibilities To work earnestly to provide service support to customers to achieve customer delight and profitability for the company. To carry out machine Installations and commissioning To train customers, operators, and engineers regarding operation, preventive maintenance, etc. Planned/broken down maintenance of machines under warranty as well as under AMC. Follow up from time to time for payments and spare parts orders with customers. To maintain customer service records/ flies etc. To carry out machine Demonstration at customer end / Demo room / Exhibitions, etc. Timely submission of reports as desired by seniors Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Engineering 5-8 years' experience in a similar role Good working experience on CNC machines, preferably in the wire harness manufacturing field. Should possess good communication skills. High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
