Senior Service Advisor

Job Title: Service Advisor – Borah Hyundai, Dibrugarh

About Borah Hyundai:
Borah Hyundai is an authorized Hyundai dealership known for customer satisfaction and excellence in after-sales service. We are expanding our service team and looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their service/repair needs.
• Create job cards, record customer concerns, and explain service requirements.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Communicate cost estimates, service timelines, and update customers regularly.
• Perform vehicle inspection and provide professional service recommendations.
• Manage service follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
• Assist in warranty claims and maintain service documentation.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (4-wheeler dealership preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of automobiles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and DMS/CRM (Hyundai experience is an advantage).
• Must have a valid driving license.

Education:

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
