Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and digital marketing strategy to

  dominate

  local markets.
• Oversee and mentor 12 marketing team members (SEO associate, content writer, PPC executive) to ensure tasks align with the strategic roadmap.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research tailored to IT and cybersecurity verticals.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for visibility, traffic growth, and conversions.
• Manage Google Business Profile, local citations, and geo-targeted campaigns.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
• Lead AIO (AI Optimization) initiatives to ensure visibility in AI-driven search results (SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT Search).
• Develop and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for efficient lead generation.
• Oversee content calendar, topic clusters, and thought-leadership campaigns.
• Generate performance reports and make data-driven optimization recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing strategy, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proven success in Local SEO and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Ads, and Looker Studio.
• Hands-on experience with AI SEO tools (SurferSEO, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
• Familiarity with E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals, and SEO content strategy.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing small teams and ensuring accountability to KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in IT Services, MSP, MSSP, or SaaS industries.
• Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign).
