Role Overview

Senior SEO Analyst

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, focusing on high-intent and BoFu (bottom-of-the-funnel) terms.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

On-Page & Content Optimization

  • Optimise on-page elements: titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, schema markup, and internal linking.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-optimised content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs).
  • Develop lead-focused SEO content strategies that align with the B2B sales funnel.

Technical SEO

  • Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues (indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, mobile optimisation).
  • Work with developers to ensure technical best practices are implemented.
  • Implement structured data, speed optimisations, and mobile-first strategies.

Off-Page Optimization

  • Build and maintain a strong backlink profile through ethical link-building practices.
  • Establish partnerships with relevant publishers, industry portals, and influencers to enhance domain authority.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track and measure SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Generate detailed reports highlighting traffic, rankings, and lead-generation impact.
  • Provide actionable insights and continuously optimise strategies based on data.

SMO & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Align SEO efforts with social media and content marketing strategies for maximum reach.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to drive integrated digital campaigns.

Industry Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes, SEO tools, and industry trends.
  • Test and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on SEO experience

    in B2B/service-based industries.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise (audits, schema, speed, Core Web Vitals).
  • Proven ability to plan and execute commercial-intent keyword strategies.
  • Proficient with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with IT services, SaaS, or enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of PPC, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • International SEO and multilingual website optimization.
  • Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
