Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to convert client ad spending into direct revenue by managing and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Shopping, and E-Commerce marketplaces. You will be required to strategize and oversee performance growth to ensure alignment with clients" business goals. Daily tasks include managing budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend-pacing to meet return targets, as well as mapping ad formats to advertising objectives for optimal performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing landing page tests and implementing A/B testing for PPC ads continuously. Collaborating with marketing teams to optimize campaign performance through data-driven strategies is a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, you will be expected to build budget recommendations and media plans to drive client success, document campaign evolution, monitor performance, and identify best practices. Reporting key performance indicators and lead generation insights during client reporting calls will be part of your regular duties. Leading the service front by handling pre-sales technical queries and providing training across the department is also a crucial aspect of this position. Ensuring a test-and-learn approach in all campaign activities is essential to drive continuous improvement and success. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience in search engine marketing and paid media. Hands-on experience with Google and Meta platforms is a must, and sales campaign experience would be an added advantage. Proficiency in verbal and written English is required, along with the ability to understand the target audience. In addition to the job responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that provide exposure and learning across different paid channels.
