Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to vulnerabilities, threats, and security events relevant to the organization - Define and optimize playbooks for different security events - Automate response procedures to security vulnerabilities, threats, and events - Increase maturity of vulnerability management, detection, and response in the organization - Secure cloud, IT, and network infrastructure by defining hardening standards - Build and maintain integrations between security platforms and other tools - Automate repetitive security operations tasks - Perform configuration reviews of public cloud solutions and IT infrastructure - Collaborate with IT and business to respond to threats, vulnerabilities, or issues - Create periodic security reports, presentations, and materials on security status and key actions - Conduct workshops or training to raise knowledge of IT teams Qualifications Required: - Practical experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident response - Ability to develop automation using simple scripts or tools - Understanding of security concepts in network, operating systems, identity and access, databases, virtual environments, and Active Directory - Knowledge of vulnerability management, system hardening, and access management best practices - Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud protection and security monitoring - Understanding of docker security principles and key security technologies - Ability to perform cloud & IT infrastructure reviews - Knowledge of secure architecture concepts, security good practices, and cybersecurity frameworks - Strong analytical skills and great communication skills Additional Details: EG is a boutique team of experts in cybersecurity developing specialized IT solutions for diverse organizations.
