Lead and manage the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing compliance of security standards, including
ISO 27001

GDPR
.
Conduct and support internal and external security audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Assist in the development of security compliance regulations and frameworks, focusing on AI risk management and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with legal, risk, and IT teams to define and enforce compliance policies that address security concerns across the organization.

Cloud & Cybersecurity Controls

Utilize knowledge of
cloud computing
and
cyber security controls
to monitor and manage security across cloud platforms, particularly
AWS
.
Ensure the implementation of cloud security policies and controls that align with industry standards, particularly in the context of AI security and privacy regulations.
Develop and implement procedures to monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance gaps.

Risk Management & AI Security

Stay up to date with evolving AI technologies and emerging security threats related to artificial intelligence.
Develop and implement AI-specific security policies and protocols that align with
ISO/EU
standards and address both internal and external risks.
Provide expertise in the development and management of AI risk management practices within security compliance frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, risk management, and operations, to ensure that security compliance efforts are consistent across all areas of the business.
Act as a liaison between senior management and technical teams to communicate and address security compliance concerns and improvements.
Assist in educating employees and stakeholders on security compliance policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education
: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience
: 8+ years of experience in security compliance, with a focus on regulatory standards, auditing, and risk management.
Certifications
: Certification by a recognized security professional organization, such as
CISSP
or
CISM
.
