About the Role:

Senior SDET (Java Selenium)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  robust automation frameworks

  using

  Java, Selenium, and TestNG/JUnit

  .
• Build scalable test suites for

  UI, API, and integration testing

  .
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to drive test automation across the SDLC.
  
• Participate in

  code reviews

  , contribute to

  test design

  and

  test strategies

  .
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and improve reliability and performance of test automation pipelines.
  
• Integrate test automation into

  CI/CD pipelines

  (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Drive adoption of

  best testing practices

  code quality

  test coverage

  across teams.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to overall test strategy and quality engineering initiatives.
  

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:

• Strong coding experience in

  Java (8 or above)
