Senior Scrum Master - Trade Promotion Management (TPM)

In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the adoption of Scrum across project teams, ensuring that agile practices are understood, enacted, and sustained. Your commitment to nurturing powerful team dynamics and stakeholder relationships will be crucial in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance. Your responsibilities will include guiding cross-functional Global Strategic priority teams through agile practices and tools, facilitating all scrum-related meetings, working with product owners to develop roadmaps and manage backlogs, tracking team velocity and sprint progress, prioritizing workload, coaching team members for improvement, and acting as an agile ambassador within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 6 years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams. Your active experience as a Scrum Master, ability to influence and engage teams, and current professional certification in Agile Methodologies are essential. Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, along with experience in setting up and using Azure DevOps tools, are required. You should be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in delivering results, capable of working in a virtual team across cultures and time zones, and fluent in English. Experience in SAFe practices, software Release Train Engineering, and Trade Promotion Management environments are preferred.
