Job Description

SAP WMS practitioners

Responsibilities:

Incident & Monitoring Management:
Handle user incidents and monitoring requests specifically related to
SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System)
.
Change & Enhancement Management:
Manage and test changes/enhancements for daily, weekly, and monthly operations within the SAP WMS environment.
User & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with users and market Single Point of Contacts (SPOCs) to efficiently resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:
Perform thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system incidents and bugs within SAP WMS.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Coordinate effectively with other IT teams, users, and market representatives to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
Leadership Updates:
Provide timely updates to leadership on key issues and their resolutions.
Testing Support:
Support various testing efforts for projects, system upgrades, and enhancements, including both manual and scripted testing.
Knowledge Management:
Document knowledge articles based on resolved issues to enhance user self-service capabilities and streamline future support.
Off-Shift Support:
Be available for out-of-shift support as required (with compensatory time off provided).
