Senior SAP Technical Recruiter

Role Overview: You will be joining SELECCION as a Senior SAP Recruiter, where you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment lifecycle for SAP positions. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various SAP roles, leveraging different platforms for candidate search, and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with business needs. Your expertise in recruiting SAP professionals across different industries and your strong understanding of SAP technologies will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance. - Source and screen qualified candidates for various SAP roles such as SAP Consultants, SAP Project Managers, SAP Functional/Technical Specialists. - Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases to find suitable candidates. - Utilize your strong relationships in the SAP space and your experience in the recruiting process. - Demonstrate proven experience (5+ years) in recruiting SAP professionals across various industries. - Exhibit a strong understanding of SAP technologies like SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP ABAP, MDG, etc. - Showcase excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet hiring targets. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting SAP professionals. - Strong relationships in the SAP space and experience in the recruiting process. - Excellent understanding of SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP ABAP, MDG, etc. - Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet hiring targets effectively.,
