Senior SAP Security & Basis Consultant (ECC & S/4HANA on Azure)

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Security & Basis Consultant with a strong background in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, currently working on Azure Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Authorizations across all modules, hands-on experience with Fiori App configuration, and a working knowledge of ABAP. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage complex landscapes, ensure system integrity, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori Launchpad on Azure Cloud.
• Perform system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching.
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori Applications and troubleshoot UI/UX issues.
• Design and implement SAP Authorization concepts across modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and optimize system operations.
• Collaborate with functional and development teams to support business processes.
• Provide technical support for transport management, client strategy, and system copies.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
• Utilize ABAP knowledge for debugging and supporting custom developments.
• Document procedures, configurations, and system architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Security & Basis administration.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP on Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SAP Authorizations and Security Concepts.
• Experience in Fiori App configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ABAP debugging and basic development tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Background in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP HANA, and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Knowledge of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and Data Services.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools in SAP environments.
• SAP Certifications in BASIS or S/4HANA are a plus.
