Senior SAP Security & ABAP Delivery Lead

You will be the Senior Security Delivery Lead & COE Architect responsible for ensuring problem resolution and supporting user security of all JCI Enterprise SAP templates. This includes providing a framework for gathering security configuration requirements, building architecture, and monitoring user access and SOX compliance. Additionally, you will lead a team of more than 5 FTEs and consultants. - Architect, design, and configure sustainable security solutions - Lead security implementation for projects, including S4 transformation deployment projects - Engage in technical exploration, innovation, and introduce best practices - Assist with ongoing maintenance of configuration within SAP GRC application - Monitor and remediate SoD conflicts - Provide high-level and detailed estimates for security activities in implementation and rollout projects - Act as a technical SME for the DevOps security team - Understand SOX audit requirements and enforcement - Be an inclusive and supportive teammate - Curiosity to acquire new skills and adapt quickly - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 10 years of SAP security experience with at least 2 years in a SAP Security Lead position - 2 full life cycle implementation experiences - 3-5 years of experience within large organizations implementing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori security, GRC solutions, and roles administration across multiple SAP applications and landscapes - Ability to build trust and healthy relationships - Experience with maintaining SOX governance and compliance - Ability to communicate with a diverse audience worldwide - Some (<10%) travel may be required,
