As a Senior SAP Pre-Sales & Solutioning Consultant with a focus on SAP S/4HANA, GROW with SAP, and RISE with SAP (Private Cloud), you will play a crucial role in leading pre-sales activities and providing end-to-end solutioning support for mid to large enterprises in the North region. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading SAP Pre-Sales activities such as requirement discovery, solution design, and client presentations. - Performing hands-on system demos and Technical Design Demonstrations aligned with industry-specific requirements. - Configuring SAP systems according to client business processes and industry standards. - Providing end-to-end solutioning support from pre-sales to deal closure, including driving GROW with SAP implementation and delivering RISE with SAP (Private Cloud) solutioning and advisory. - Acting as a trusted SAP Bill of Materials (BOM) advisory expert for customers. - Collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Architecture teams to develop winning proposals. - Supporting RFPs, proposals, effort estimation, and commercial solutioning. - Demonstrating expertise in 12 SAP modules, with a preference for modules like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and industry-focused modules. - Offering guidance on SAP integrations with both SAP and third-party systems. - Participating in customer workshops, requirement validation sessions, and solution walkthroughs. - Staying updated with SAP roadmap, cloud offerings, and industry best practices. Qualifications and Skills Required: - 10+ years of overall SAP experience, with a strong background in pre-sales and implementation. - Proven hands-on implementation experience is mandatory. - Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, GROW with SAP, and RISE with SAP (Private Cloud). - Ability to configure SAP systems during demos and workshops. - Strong understanding of SAP integrations. - Experience working with India-based clients. - Excellent solutioning, presentation, and communication skills. - Proven ability to support deal closures through effective technical and business solutioning. - Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA is a plus. - Experience working with mid-market and enterprise customers. - Exposure to industry-specific SAP solutions will be an advantage. Please note that you will be required to work from the office in Gurugram and may need to visit client offices and plant sites as per business needs.
