Senior Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Developer at our company, your primary role will be supporting end users through various Production support intake channels, resolving issues, and ensuring premier customer experience. You will also be responsible for hands-on configuration in SFDC Sales Cloud, complex APEX code and configuration, Flows, and Partner communities set up. Additionally, you will architect technical solutions while balancing time-to-market with platform health considerations such as availability, scalability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end user support through Production support intake channels - Resolve issues promptly to ensure premier customer experience - Configure SFDC Sales Cloud and work with complex APEX code - Architect technical solutions considering platform health and time-to-market - Manage technical debt and ensure Agile maturity - Oversee managed services resources and provide guidance - Utilize BSA skills when necessary Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience - Expertise in Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, and Javascript - Experience with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API - Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and DevOps practices - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and create order out of chaos - Passion for technology and solving business problems,
