Experience and Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and mininum 4+years into Salesforce testing
• More than 2year of experience in Integration and API Testing
• Should have experience in Salesforce testing
• Good in writing SQL
• Good hands-on experience on widely used tools like Postman or SoaP UI or Mulesoft
• Good experience in Agile methodology, SDLC and STLC processes
• Good experience of understanding requirements, writing test cases, executing and documentation
• Good in providing estimates, inputs for planning and identifying risks
• Experience on some Test Management and Application Life Cycle Management tool
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
• Ability to work Independently as well as in Team

Responsibilities:

• Works in an Agile team throughout the Lifecycle to collaborate with BA, Architects, Developers on the analysis, design, development & testing
• Actively participate in Sprint planning sessions to analyse requirements, provide estimates and raise any gaps
• Actively participate in design/technical reviews to understand and identify missing, incomplete, or design issues
• Build and maintain Functional and API test suite, test data and Tool setup
• Execute Test cases, document results, raise and triage defects as required.
• Provide required support to PM, BA and/or Client during UAT
• Reproduce/triage production defects that arise post development
• Perform production verification testing post-implementation
• Collaborate with the Integration development team to adopt API testing best practices
• Contribute to our test strategy for improved Integration/API testing
• Contribute to our vision of building API Test automation framework
• Maintain and Execute manual and automated process for regression, integration, and functional testing
• Provide reporting for status, progress, and coverage
