Job Description

we're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team for the CHAMP R2 initiative, focusing on significant enhancements to our Sales Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with collaborative skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC and webservices.
Implement and customize Sales Cloud Platform features to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process maps into technical solutions
Ensure data integrity across systems through proper MDM practices
Participate in solution design sessions and technical planning meetings
Contribute to code reviews and maintain development best practices
Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, including GitHub, CLI, and VS Code.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong focus on APEX, LWC and webservices.
Proven experience with Sales Cloud Platform configuration and customization
Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration patterns
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated expertise in handling large-scale data volumes, including data loading and migration processes.
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) implementations
Process mapping expertise
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
Experience working in agile development environments
Background in Marketing and Sales processes in telecommunications or manufacturing industries .

Note:

Working hours window: Between 10:00 am IST - 10:00 PM IST
Start time may adjusted by the team once the work started (it should be btw 10:00 am - noon).
Location: Hybrid - NCR - Onsite 3 - 4 days /week
Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform experience is a must.
Awareness of Sales and Marketing processes is preferred.
